Stock / price update notice

How to Update Product Price & Inventory Information
This guide explains how to keep your product prices and inventory levels up to date after downloading products from WholesalePA.
Maintaining accurate pricing and stock information is essential for avoiding overselling and pricing errors.
Two Ways to Update Price & Inventory
You may choose either method, depending on how you manage your listings.
Method 1: Manual Check via “My Download Product Queue”
After downloading products, you can view them in My Download Product Queue.
What you can do:
View the latest cost price
Check current UK stock availability
Adjust your selling price and inventory levels on your own store accordingly
This method is suitable if you:
Manage listings manually
Update prices and stock periodically
Method 2: Subscribe to Price & Inventory Updates (Recommended)
To reduce manual work and avoid missing changes, you can subscribe to automatic updates.
How to subscribe:
In My Download Product Queue, you can:
Select “Yes” under Subscribe Inventory & Price Info for individual products, or
Use the Subscribe Inventory & Price Info button to subscribe multiple products at once
How updates work:
Once subscribed, the system will send one update email every morning (UK time)
The update notice includes:
Price changes
Stock quantity changes
This allows you to adjust your listings before customers place new orders.
Where to View Update Notifications
After receiving the update email:
Log in to your WholesalePA account
Go to Stock / Price Update Information
Review the detailed update records
Important Notes
Inventory levels may change due to sales volume
Prices may be adjusted due to supplier or cost changes
You remain responsible for updating your listings on eBay or your website
WholesalePA provides timely update information, but listing accuracy and platform compliance remain the reseller’s responsibility.
Best Practice (Strongly Suggested)
Subscribe to updates for all active listings
Review update emails daily
Adjust prices and inventory promptly to avoid overselling or margin loss
